Adds offenses of procuring another person for prostitution (Penal Code §§ 262, 266h, 266i) to crimes that prohibit individuals from working or being present at community care facilities, residential care facilities for persons with chronic life-threatening illnesses, residential care facilities for the elderly, and child day care facilities.

Requires the State Department of Social Services to examine and review whether additional crimes specified in Penal Code § 530.5 (identity theft) should be added to the list of disqualifying offenses for community care facility licensure.

Mandates the department report its findings and recommendations regarding § 530.5 crimes to the Legislature on or before January 1, 2022.

Makes technical, non-substantive changes to language in existing criminal background check provisions, including replacing gendered pronouns with gender-neutral terminology.
