Secretary of State shall establish a Native American Voting Accessibility Advisory Committee composed of the Secretary of State, designees, and appointed members with voting rights experience or county elections official backgrounds.

Committee shall make recommendations to improve accessibility of election materials for Native American voters, including state/county voter guides and vote-by-mail ballots in print or alternative formats.

Committee shall establish guidelines for reaching Native American voters and promote the Secretary of State's toll-free voter registration telephone line to Native American voters.

Committee shall make recommendations for recruiting Native American poll workers, providing language assistance, training poll workers on Native American voter issues, and using plain language in election materials.

Committee members shall not receive compensation but shall be reimbursed for reasonable and necessary expenses related to committee service.
