Establishes a parole reintegration credits program allowing parolees to reduce their parole term by earning credits through education, job training, cognitive behavioral treatment, substance abuse treatment, volunteer service, and remaining arrest/violation-free.

Awards credits at specified rates including 12 months for high school diplomas or degrees, 6 months for certified career/technical training, 2 months for cognitive behavioral programs, and 10 days per month for 12+ volunteer hours monthly.

Limits total credits to 12 months per year, with credits awarded annually and not subject to revocation except when a parolee has a new arrest or parole violation during the 12-month period.

Increases the 50-mile travel restriction by 25 miles for each annual review where credits are earned, up to a maximum 125-mile radius, with parole agent approval required.

Prohibits entities receiving state funds for education, job training, workforce placement, health, or housing from denying services based on current or prior parole status, as a condition of continued state funding.
