Amends Penal Code Section 6133 to require the Office of the Inspector General to post its reports on the internet within 5 days of release to the Governor and Legislature, instead of upon release.

Maintains the Office of the Inspector General's responsibility for public oversight of the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation's internal affairs investigations and staff grievance inquiries.

Requires the Office of the Inspector General to issue reports no less than annually on misconduct and use of force allegations, and no less than semiannually on Office of Internal Affairs investigations.

Reports must include data on complaints against correctional officers, investigation quality assessments, recommendations on discipline, and extent to which discipline was modified.
