Preserves website authority to remove obscene content, threatening or harassing communications, content advocating violence, or demonstrably false factual claims.

Applies to websites where the operator maintains a California business or the user is located in California.

Defines "social media" as electronic services allowing users to post content including videos, photographs, or messages on public or semi-public pages to facilitate information sharing.
