Adds the Department of General Services as a representative organization to the California Cybersecurity Integration Center (Cal-CSIC)

Cal-CSIC is established within the Office of Emergency Services with a mission to reduce cyber incidents threatening California's economy, critical infrastructure, and computer networks

Cal-CSIC comprises representatives from state agencies, universities, federal agencies, and other organizations to coordinate cybersecurity activities and information sharing

Cal-CSIC shall establish a Cyber Incident Response Team to lead cyber threat detection, reporting, and response coordination across public and private entities

Cal-CSIC must develop a statewide cybersecurity strategy addressing threat identification, emergency preparedness, data protection, forensics capabilities, workforce expertise, and public awareness
