Mandates that notices to employers include information about whether statutory right-to-cure provisions apply to the alleged violations.

Applies to civil actions alleging violations under Section 2699.5, Division 5 occupational safety violations, and other Labor Code provisions subject to notice and cure requirements.

Creates two versions of amended Section 2699.3: one version repealing on July 1, 2021, and a second operative version taking effect on July 1, 2021.
