Requires legal document assistants and unlawful detainer assistants to file a disclosure form with the Secretary of State containing name, date of birth, addresses, phone numbers, criminal history, and bond compliance affirmation.

Mandates submission of a valid photo identification and a passport-style photograph with the disclosure form to the Secretary of State.

Requires written notification to the Secretary of State within 30 days of bond renewal or changes to name, address, phone number, or agent for service of process.

Directs the Secretary of State to maintain and update an internet website posting compliance information and photographs of registered legal document assistants and unlawful detainer assistants, updated at least every 30 days.

Authorizes the Secretary of State to charge and collect filing fees to cover administration costs and establishes that no state reimbursement is required for local costs related to new crime definitions.
