Requires county probation departments and supervising county agencies to update supervised release files on the California Law Enforcement Telecommunications System (CLETS) every 10 days with persons placed on postconviction supervision within their jurisdiction.

Includes persons on probation, mandatory supervision, and postrelease community supervision in the CLETS updates.

Maintains existing requirement for the Department of Justice and Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation to update CLETS every 10 days with newly paroled inmates.

Maintains existing requirement for the Department of Justice and State Department of State Hospitals to update CLETS every 10 days with patients in the Forensic Conditional Release Program, excluding incompetent-to-stand-trial defendants.

Requires state reimbursement to local agencies if the Commission on State Mandates determines the bill creates state-mandated costs.
