Amends Section 23356.6 of the Business and Professions Code to remove agents of wine blenders from provisions of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Act that apply to winegrowers.

Existing law applied winegrower provisions to wine blenders and their directors, officers, agents, and employees; this bill removes agents from that application.

Maintains application of winegrower provisions to wine blenders' directors and employees, but excludes agents specifically.
