Requires speech-language pathologists to have performed a minimum of 25 supervised (rather than just 25) flexible fiber optic transnasal endoscopic procedures verified by an otolaryngologist.

Permits speech-language pathologists to perform these procedures based only on orders from a licensed physician and surgeon, eliminating the requirement for direct authorization and on-site supervision by an otolaryngologist.

Prohibits speech-language pathologists from performing flexible fiber optic transnasal endoscopic procedures on patients with contraindications to the procedure.
