Expands workers' compensation presumption for skin cancer to include peace officers employed by the Department of Fish and Wildlife and the Department of Parks and Recreation, in addition to existing coverage for lifeguards.

Establishes that skin cancer developing or manifesting during employment is presumed to arise out of and in the course of employment, with full coverage for hospital, surgical, medical treatment, disability indemnity, and death benefits.

Extends the presumption to employees for three calendar months for each full year of service following termination, with a maximum extension of 60 months.

Presumes skin cancer is not attributable to any pre-existing disease in covered workers.

Limits lifeguard coverage to those employed for more than three consecutive months in a calendar year.
