Extends prohibition on tolls for pedestrians and bicycles on state-owned toll bridges from January 1, 2021 to January 1, 2031.

Applies to bridges under Golden Gate Bridge, Highway and Transportation District jurisdiction where pedestrian and bicycle travel is authorized.

Applies to all state-owned bridges where tolls are charged on motor vehicles but pedestrians and bicycles must remain toll-free.

Applies to bridges constructed under franchise agreements with the state that are part of the state highway system.

Prohibition remains in effect unless a later statute enacted before January 1, 2031 deletes or further extends the date.
