Requires wine labeled with any American Viticultural Area located entirely within the "Santa Cruz Mountains" viticultural area to display "Santa Cruz Mountains" on the label starting January 1, 2023.

Specifies minimum type size of 2 millimeters for containers over 187 milliliters and 1 millimeter for containers 187 milliliters or smaller.

Exempts wine already labeled with "Santa Cruz Mountains" as the appellation of origin itself from these requirements.

Authorizes the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control to suspend or revoke licenses of violators, but provides no other civil or criminal penalties.
