Amends Section 26152 of the Business and Professions Code to expand restrictions on cannabis billboard advertising from highways located on the California border to all interstate highways and state highways within California.

Changes the prohibition from advertising "located on" highways to advertising "visible from" interstate highways or state highways within California borders.

Declares that the bill furthers the purposes and intent of the Control, Regulate and Tax Adult Use of Marijuana Act (Proposition 64).

Requires a two-thirds vote of both houses of the Legislature for passage due to amending Proposition 64.
