Authorizes counties with established homeless adult and family multidisciplinary personnel teams to enter into agreements with surrounding counties that have also established such teams to share confidential information across county lines.

Requires participating counties to jointly develop protocols describing what information may be shared to ensure confidential information is not disclosed in violation of state or federal law.

Mandates protocols be distributed to homeless service provider agencies and participating persons within 30 days of adoption and posted on each county's internet website homepage for their office of homelessness, social services department, or human services agency.

Requires a copy of the protocols be provided to the State Department of Social Services, though the department is not required to review or approve the protocols.
