Changes the minimum reporting frequency for California Beverage Container Recycling Fund condition statements from every 3 months to every 2 months

Requires the Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery to provide updated fund information to the Legislature bimonthly, including revenues, expenditures, recycling rates by material type, and projected sales and returns

Mandates more frequent review of fund adequacy to ensure sufficient funds exist to pay required disbursements such as refund values, processing payments, and handling fees

Updates the department's written reporting to the Joint Legislative Budget Committee and relevant policy and fiscal committees from quarterly to bimonthly
