Authorizes each county to establish or use children's advocacy centers to coordinate multidisciplinary investigations of child physical or sexual abuse, exploitation, and maltreatment.

Requires multidisciplinary teams at these centers to include representatives from law enforcement, child protective services, district attorney's offices, medical providers, mental health providers, and victim advocates.

Mandates centers provide dedicated child-focused settings for forensic interviews and services, with written protocols for case review and case tracking systems.

Authorizes multidisciplinary team members to share confidential information about the child, family, and subject of investigation for purposes of conducting interviews, case discussions, and providing services.

Grants immunity from civil liability to employees and designated agents of advocacy centers participating in investigations and providing services, except in cases involving malice or suspected abuse by the employee.
