Requires the bureau to establish specific testing standards for all compounds and contaminants specified in cannabis testing requirements on or before January 1, 2022.

Mandates the bureau post a notification on its website when a licensed testing laboratory is prohibited from issuing certificates of analysis for more than 45 days.

Requires immediate removal of the notification upon reinstatement of a testing laboratory's authorization to issue certificates of analysis if the laboratory is otherwise in good standing.

Maintains existing requirements that cannabis and cannabis products must be tested by licensed testing laboratories and include certificates of analysis reporting on specified compounds and contaminants.
