Revises the definition of "deidentified" information under the California Consumer Privacy Act to mean information that cannot be used to infer other information about or be linked to a particular consumer.

Requires businesses possessing deidentified information to take reasonable measures to ensure the information cannot be associated with a consumer or household.

Requires businesses to publicly commit to maintaining and using deidentified information in that form and not to reidentify it, except solely to verify the deidentification process works properly.

Requires businesses to contractually obligate any recipients of deidentified information to comply with all deidentification requirements.
