Amends Labor Code Section 511 to establish overtime compensation requirements for agricultural employees working under alternative workweek schedules.

Requires agricultural employees working longer than 8 hours but not more than 12 hours per day under an alternative workweek schedule to be paid overtime according to the agricultural employee overtime phase-in provisions in Section 860, rather than standard overtime rates.

Maintains existing law allowing employers to propose alternative workweek schedules (up to 10 hours per day within a 40-hour week) that require approval by at least two-thirds of affected employees in a secret ballot election.

Preserves existing overtime protections requiring time and one-half pay for work exceeding regularly scheduled hours or 40 hours per week, and double-time pay for work exceeding 12 hours per day.
