Requires every advertisement by an alarm company licensee to contain the licensee's name and license number as they appear in bureau records.

Authorizes licensees with internet websites to direct customers to their online landing pages for license information in radio, television, or billboard advertisements instead of including the information in the advertisement itself.

Maintains existing penalty structure of $500 fine for first violation and $1,000 for each subsequent violation of advertisement requirements.

Specifies that no state reimbursement is required for this act as it only creates or modifies criminal penalties within existing local enforcement authority.
