Expands the definition of "account statement" in guardianship and conservatorship proceedings to include verified electronic statements certified under penalty of perjury, in addition to original account statements from institutions and financial institutions.

Authorizes courts to accept computer-generated printouts of original verified electronic statements if the guardian or conservator verifies the statement was received electronically and printed without alteration.

Requires verification of electronic statements to be executed by the guardian or conservator under Section 2015.5 of the Code of Civil Procedure, creating a perjury penalty for false certifications.

Specifies that no state reimbursement to local agencies is required because the act creates new crimes or changes penalty definitions, falling under Section 17556 of the Government Code.
