By January 1, 2022, the State Department of Developmental Services must determine the most appropriate open, machine-readable format (such as comma-separated values) for disclosing numeric data in consultation with stakeholders.

By July 1, 2022, the department and regional centers must provide all required numeric data to the public in the determined machine-readable format, and make good faith efforts to provide third-party data in that format.

By July 1, 2022, each regional center must create a public information web page with a link on its home page to centralize access to all publicly disclosed information.

By January 1, 2022, the department must develop transparency guidelines for regional center website disclosures in consultation with stakeholders and must hold at least one public hearing.

By July 1, 2022, each regional center must ensure all publicly disclosed information on its website complies with the finalized transparency guidelines established by the department.
