Expands the definition of "person" in Business and Professions Code Section 16702 to include federally recognized California Indian tribes, allowing them to sue for damages and injunctive relief for unlawful trusts and restraints of trade.

Adds federally recognized California Indian tribes to the definition of "person" in Business and Professions Code Section 16721.5, enabling them to bring actions against discriminatory provisions in letters of credit, contracts, and other financial documents.

Includes federally recognized California Indian tribes in the definition of "person" in Business and Professions Code Section 17201, allowing them to seek injunctive relief and restoration of money or property acquired through unfair competition.

Defines "private person" in Civil Code Section 3493 to include federally recognized California Indian tribes, permitting them to maintain actions for public nuisance when the nuisance is specially injurious to them.
