Office of Emergency Services must establish best practices for counties developing and updating emergency plans by January 1, 2022.

Office of Emergency Services must create a review process by January 1, 2022 allowing counties to request evaluation of their emergency plans.

Review process must provide technical assistance and feedback on plan consistency with established best practices, protection of vulnerable populations, and emergency alert and evacuation procedures.

Office may evaluate additional elements it determines necessary and appropriate for county emergency plans.
