Requires high school pupils participating in College and Career Access Pathways (CCAP) partnerships to submit only one parental consent form and principal recommendation for the duration of their participation, instead of multiple forms per course.

Directs the Chancellor of the California Community Colleges to revise the special part-time student application process by July 31, 2020, to allow pupils to complete a single application for their entire CCAP partnership participation.

Eliminates the requirement for separate public meetings to present partnership agreements before approval, allowing presentation and approval to occur at the same open public meeting.

Allows units completed by pupils under CCAP agreements to count toward determining registration priority for enrollment and course registration at community colleges.

Extends the operation of CCAP partnership provisions from January 1, 2022, to January 1, 2027.
