Extends the authorization for loans from the Timber Regulation and Forest Restoration Fund to the Department of Fish and Wildlife from July 1, 2017 to July 1, 2025 for activities addressing environmental damage on forest lands from cannabis cultivation.

Changes terminology from "marijuana" to "cannabis" throughout the relevant statute provisions.

Maintains the existing $500,000 annual loan cap from the fund for these environmental remediation activities.

Specifies that funds deposited pursuant to certain Fish and Game Code provisions shall be credited toward loan repayment, and General Fund moneys cannot be used for loan repayment.
