Extends eligibility for junior hunting licenses to persons under 18 years of age on July 1 of the licensing year until July 1, 2021 (previously was set to expire July 1, 2020)

Junior hunting licenses cost $8.25 in base fees, compared to $31.25 for regular resident licenses, and are available to both residents and nonresidents

Delays the reduction of junior hunting license eligibility from under 18 years to under 16 years of age by one year

Declares the bill an urgency statute to take effect immediately to ensure continued youth participation in hunting
