Director of Parks and Recreation must grant Will Rogers State Beach and Dockweiler State Beach to County of Los Angeles at no cost upon Board of Supervisors' adoption of acceptance resolution.

County must use, operate, and maintain the beaches for public access, recreation, and beach purposes in perpetuity with no other permitted uses.

State retains power to terminate the grant and reclaim the beaches if County commits a material intentional breach of conditions, enforceable through court proceedings.

County is prohibited from selling, transferring, or encumbering the property, though leases are permitted if consistent with public recreation purposes.

Existing operating agreements between State and City of Los Angeles for these beaches terminate automatically upon conveyance to the County, and mineral deposits below 500 feet remain reserved to the State.
