Prohibits retail establishments from selling dietary supplements for weight loss and over-the-counter diet pills to anyone under 18 years of age, effective July 1, 2021.

Requires retail establishments to limit access to these products by prohibiting direct customer access and restricting handling to managers or supervisory personnel only.

Mandates the State Department of Public Health to determine which specific products are subject to access limitations and develop a health warning notice about serious health risks including organ failure, stroke, myocardial infarction, and death.

Requires retail establishments to conspicuously post the state-developed health notice at each purchase counter.

Establishes civil penalties of up to $1,000 for violations and classifies violations as unfair practices subject to the Unfair Practices Act.
