Grants human trafficking victims the right to have a human trafficking advocate and a support person of their choice present at any interview by law enforcement, prosecutors, or defense attorneys.

Requires law enforcement or prosecutors to notify human trafficking victims orally or in writing before the initial interview that they have the right to an advocate and support person present.

Mandates human trafficking advocates inform victims of any limitations on confidentiality of communications between the victim and advocate prior to any interview.

Allows law enforcement or prosecutors to exclude a support person from an interview if they determine the person's presence would be detrimental to the interview's purpose.

Exempts initial investigations to determine if a crime occurred and identify suspects from the requirement to have an advocate present.
