Prohibits employers from discriminating or retaliating against employees for complying with isolation or quarantine orders issued by a public health official due to a public health emergency.

Requires employers to grant paid sick leave to employees upon request if the employer's place of business is closed by order of a public health official due to a public health emergency.

Requires employers to grant paid sick leave to employees upon request if the employee is providing care or assistance to their child whose school or daycare provider is closed by order of a public health official due to a public health emergency.

Establishes a rebuttable presumption of unlawful retaliation if an employer takes adverse action against an employee within 30 days of the employee filing a complaint, cooperating with an investigation, or opposing a prohibited practice related to paid sick leave.
