Allow Armed Forces members called to active duty under Title 10, Title 14, Title 32 of the United States Code, or state-funded active duty orders to withdraw from the California College Promise without losing fee waiver eligibility or other program benefits

Permit Armed Forces members to resume California College Promise participation upon return from duty without penalty

Exclude time spent on active duty from counting toward the two-year eligibility limit for fee waivers under the California College Promise

Define "Armed Forces of the United States" to include the Air Force, Army, Coast Guard, Marine Corps, Navy, reserve components, California National Guard, California State Guard, and California Naval Militia

Require the Chancellor's office to submit a report by July 1, 2024 evaluating whether California College Promise funding is meeting legislative goals
