Requires planning agencies to submit expanded annual housing reports to the Department of Housing and Community Development by April 1 each year, including detailed information about housing development projects, applications, approvals, and timelines.

Mandates inclusion of specific data on each housing development project such as applicant name, application dates, discretionary approval dates (historic preservation review, design review, permits), and whether projects sought density bonuses or other incentives under Section 65915.

Requires local agencies to provide copies of or links to local ordinances regarding density bonuses, inclusionary zoning, rent stabilization, accessory dwelling units, and other affordable or rent-controlled housing requirements and incentives.

Authorizes the Department of Housing and Community Development to assess the accuracy of submitted reports and require corrections if inaccuracies are found, and mandates the department post reports on its website within a reasonable timeframe.

Establishes that if the Commission on State Mandates determines the bill imposes state-mandated costs, reimbursement shall be made pursuant to existing statutory procedures under Part 7 of Division 4 of Title 2 of the Government Code.
