Authorizes schools, school districts, county offices of education, and charter schools to permanently confiscate and immediately dispose of tobacco products or cannabis products taken from pupils on campus, at school-sponsored activities, or under school employee supervision.

Requires disposal to comply with applicable hazardous waste regulations.

Defines "cannabis product" by reference to Section 11018.1 of the Health and Safety Code.

Defines "tobacco product" by reference to Section 22950.5 of the Business and Professions Code.
