Requires the Department of Motor Vehicles to include a statement on driver's license applications informing applicants that by registering as an organ donor or changing a prior donor decision, they consent to DMV electronically transmitting their information to Donate Life California.

Specifies the information that DMV must transmit to Donate Life California: true full name, residence or mailing address, year of birth, changes in donor decision, and driver's license or identification card number.

Clarifies that information transmitted to Donate Life California by DMV will not be distributed or sold and will only be used for documenting organ, eye, and tissue donation decisions and processes.

Makes technical corrections including changing "Internet Web site" to "internet website" and replacing gendered pronouns with gender-neutral language throughout the Vehicle Code section.
