Renames the State Energy Resources Conservation and Development Commission to the "Energy Commission" throughout California law.

Repeals the definition of "Energy Commission" from Financial Code Section 32208 and removes redundant definitions from Health and Safety Code Sections 39730.7 and 39730.8.

Amends Public Resources Code Sections 25104, 25112, 25200, and the chapter heading to reflect the new "Energy Commission" name.

Prohibits destruction or alteration of existing supplies, forms, insignias, signs, logos, uniforms, or emblems due to the name change; requires continued use until exhausted or unserviceable.

Specifies that the Energy Commission succeeds to all duties, powers, property, and jurisdiction previously held by the State Energy Resources Conservation and Development Commission, and that references to the old name in law mean the new "Energy Commission."
