Requires data brokers registering with the California Attorney General to provide their primary phone number in addition to existing required information (name, physical address, email, and website addresses).

Applies to businesses meeting the definition of data broker under California law that must register on or before January 31 following each year they meet the definition.

Maintains existing registration fee requirement not to exceed reasonable costs of establishing and maintaining the Attorney General's informational internet website.

Preserves existing penalties for non-registration, including $100 civil penalties per day of non-compliance, owed fees, and investigation costs.
