Increases weekly unemployment benefit amounts by $100 following termination of federal $600 weekly pandemic unemployment compensation under the CARES Act or other federal COVID-19 supplemental payments, lasting until July 1, 2022.

Establishes a minimum weekly benefit amount of $167 for new unemployment claims with effective dates on or after July 1, 2020, through July 1, 2022.

Prohibits any unemployment compensation benefits authorized by this bill from being charged against employer reserve accounts.

Specifies that the bill does not change eligibility requirements, maximum benefit amounts, or nonmonetary eligibility criteria for unemployment benefits.

Makes an appropriation from the continuously appropriated Unemployment Fund to pay for the increased benefits.
