Requires ready-to-eat food delivered through third-party food delivery platforms to be transported in a manner that protects food from contamination and maintains proper holding temperatures to prevent spoilage.

Mandates that all bags or containers of ready-to-eat food transported through third-party delivery platforms be sealed by the food facility with a tamper-evident method before the delivery person takes possession of the food.

Authorizes enforcement officers to recover reasonable costs associated with enforcing these requirements against food deliverers working for third-party food delivery platforms.

Exempts charitable feeding programs and food being donated to food banks from the bag or container sealing requirement.

Does not apply to prepackaged nonpotentially hazardous foods or grocery stores and certain retail establishments primarily selling fresh produce, meat, and similar products.
