Amends Section 12301.24 of the Welfare and Institutions Code to change the record retention period for IHSS provider orientation statements from indefinite to 7 years.

Requires counties to retain the signed provider statement in the provider's file for 7 years beginning July 1, 2021.

Makes minor grammatical changes, replacing gendered pronouns with "the provider" and updating "Internet Web site" to "internet website."

Does not require any state appropriation and applies only to the In-Home Supportive Services program provider enrollment process.
