Requires the State Department of Public Health to compile an annual report on veteran suicides in California using the electronic death registration system.

Report must include information on veterans' ages, sexes, races or ethnicities, counties of residence, and methods of suicide, with authorization for additional information.

Report must include cross-tabulation of the data and compare current year data to the previous year.

Department must submit the report to the Legislature and Department of Veterans Affairs on or before March 15 each year.
