Authorize testing laboratories to amend certificates of analysis to correct minor errors as defined by the Bureau of Cannabis Control.

Allow testing laboratories to retest samples that fall outside legal specifications if the test was compromised due to equipment malfunction, staff error, or other bureau-approved circumstances, with written bureau notification and authorization.

Require testing laboratories to follow a standard operating procedure to confirm or refute test results that fall outside authorized specifications.

Declare that these amendments implement Section 6 of the Control, Regulate and Tax Adult Use of Marijuana Act (Proposition 64) and are consistent with its purposes and intent.
