Requires each schoolsite serving grades 9-12 to create and display a poster notifying pupils of the school's sexual harassment policy in bathrooms and locker rooms, with optional display in other public areas.

Poster must be age-appropriate, culturally relevant, at least 8.5 by 11 inches with 12-point minimum font, and displayed in English and any primary language spoken by 15% or more of enrolled pupils.

Poster must include reporting procedures, contact information for a schoolsite official, and the rights and responsibilities of reporting pupils, complainants, and respondents under the sexual harassment policy.

Requires sexual harassment policy to be provided to continuing pupils (in addition to new pupils) as part of orientation programs at the beginning of each quarter, semester, or summer session.

Authorizes reimbursement to local agencies and school districts for state-mandated costs through existing statutory procedures if the Commission on State Mandates determines costs are mandated by the state.
