Authorizes the Director of General Services, with Adjutant General approval, to lease a portion of the West Los Angeles Armory (located at 1300 Federal Avenue) to the County of Los Angeles for a Bridge Housing Program at fair market value.

Establishes an initial lease term of 5 years with options for 4 extensions of 5 additional years each, for a maximum cumulative term of 25 years.

Requires the County of Los Angeles to provide written notification at least 6 months before expiration of each 5-year lease term to exercise extension options.

Requires the County of Los Angeles to reimburse the Department of General Services for actual costs and staff time related to drafting, negotiating, and executing lease documents.
