Requires the Acupuncture Board to establish regulations identifying acceptable providers of continuing education courses and mandates all providers comply with board procedures.

Authorizes the board to revoke or deny a provider's right to offer continuing education courses for failure to comply with the law or board regulations.

Maintains existing requirement that acupuncturists complete 50 hours of continuing education every two years, with no more than 5 hours on non-clinical matters.

Requires continuing education providers to apply to the board for approval, pay a monitoring fee, and submit course content, test criteria, instructor qualifications, and commitment to provide interpreters or bilingual instruction.
