Requires public postsecondary institutions to post notice on their websites and provide information through on-campus health clinics about Title IX protections for pregnant and parenting students.

Encourages child development programs at California Community Colleges, California State University, and University of California to prioritize enrollment for children of single parent students who meet specified income requirements.

Prohibits requiring graduate students to take leave, withdraw, or limit studies solely due to pregnancy or pregnancy-related issues, and requires reasonable accommodations for pregnant graduate students.

Allows pregnant graduate students taking leave a period of 12 additional months (or longer per institutional policy) to prepare for exams and provides at least 12-month extension toward degree completion; non-birth parent students receive one month minimum.

Requires written policies on pregnancy discrimination and complaint procedures under Title IX to be provided to faculty, staff, and graduate students during orientation.
