Modifies Type 1C ("specialty cottage") cannabis cultivation license to allow 2,500 square feet or less of total canopy size for outdoor cultivation, with the option for licensees to use up to 25 mature plants instead as an alternative threshold determined by the licensing authority.

Maintains existing canopy size limits for Type 1C mixed-light cultivation at 2,500 square feet or less and for indoor cultivation at 500 square feet or less.

Declares that this amendment implements Section 6.1 of the Control, Regulate and Tax Adult Use of Marijuana Act (AUMA) and is consistent with the act's purposes and intent.
