Designates portions of State Highway Routes 20 and 70 in the City of Marysville, County of Yuba for inclusion in the National Purple Heart Trail to honor those wounded or killed in combat while serving in the U.S. Armed Forces.

Requests the Department of Transportation determine costs for installation and maintenance of signs displaying the National Purple Heart Trail logo and erect such signs upon receiving donations from nonstate sources to cover expenses.

Continues the National Purple Heart Trail designation through Marysville, where the Marysville Veterans Memorial Center, Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 948, and Marysville Cemetery (containing approximately 104 veterans' remains) are located.

Adds to existing California designations made in 2001, 2009, 2013, and 2016 for portions of Interstate Highways 5 and 80, and State Highway Routes 101, 16, 20, 45, and 223.
